Some projects require a remarkable approach from MEP designers. Florida State University, a public research university in Tallahassee, is one such project. It involved a five-story building with a massive 254,741 sq. ft conditioned area, including a food service kitchen, auditorium, and lounge.
Our team conducted energy simulations to optimize energy efficiency and identify potential cost savings. We also designed and installed ductwork and piping systems for the HVAC and mechanical equipment. We collaborated with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and avoid conflicts during construction.
