Uppteam’s mechanical and plumbing designers delivered HVAC and plumbing design solutions for a 26,000-sq. ft. culinary training facility. The facility features six academic classrooms, two teaching kitchens, two baking labs, a lecture theater, and a teaching restaurant. Our team designed ductwork and piping systems for the HVAC and plumbing equipment, ensuring adequate airflow, ventilation, and water flow throughout the facility. We also planned the ideal location for the installation of HVAC equipment. The plumbing infrastructure design included water supply, waste removal, and grease line connections.
Our team conducted clash detection to ensure seamless integration with the steel framing work. We utilized advanced software tools like Trace700, Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork, Bluebeam, and Diamond System Builder to optimize the design process and minimize conflicts.
