We can collaborate directly with your chosen structural, MEP, and civil engineers throughout the design process. Or we can stay included in coordination meetings and in other communications handled by your project manager. Our Design Captains schedule meetings, issue coordination documents, and ensure alignment among all disciplines at each phase, keeping your project manager informed.
We use Autodesk Revit as our primary platform and deliver projects via Autodesk Construction Cloud for real-time collaboration. We can adapt to your Revit templates and design standards, and can also accommodate VectorWorks, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD for an additional fee. All project models will remain accessible to your team during the design process.
When client requirements shift during design, we update the Basis of Design (BOD) document for the next phase submission. Your Local Representative works with our Design Captains to ensure accurate updates. We provide weekly status updates and a documented scheduling approach for collaborative timeline adjustments when necessary.
Uppteam does not sign or seal construction documents. Our AOP model is tailored for A&E firms and Design-Build companies with in-house registered architects as the Architect of Record (AOR). We produce complete, code-verified CD sets for your AOR's final review and seal, allowing you to maintain design authority and professional responsibility while we manage production.
Every project starts with a documented schedule aligned to your deadlines. Our Project Coordinator provides weekly status emails on progress, design issues, and upcoming milestones. The time-zone difference accelerates your timeline, allowing work to continue while your office is closed. Our Local Representatives are available during your business hours for urgent coordination needs.
