We hire fresh engineering and architectural graduates and train them in cutting-edge Architectural, MEP, and BIM Service skills.

At UppteamTraining Institute, we understand that training is an ongoing process. Hence, we provide a comprehensive training and internship program designed for newcomers, interns, and existing employees seeking to enhance their skills. Our structured program has three distinct stages, each focusing on building a solid foundation, practical application, and professional development.

Our training program is a structured, intensive course designed to build proficiency in critical software applications, including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, and other related AEC tools. Once hired, we assess each employee and intern's proficiency level and grade them accordingly. Our BIM, MEP experts, and architectural trainers at Uppteamprovide tailored training to help them advance to the next level of technical expertise based on their knowledge grades.

Over a span of two months, fresh recruits receive hands-on training from experienced professionals who provide insights into practical applications. We ensure our trainees get exposure to live projects to understand how we work and maintain project quality.

Uppteamhas a multifaceted approach to improving the soft skills of its employees. We have expert trainers from different backgrounds, including psychologists, soft-skill experts, and language trainers with over two decades of experience in their respective fields. With a proven track record of training over 1,000 professionals, our trainers ensure that employees excel in interpersonal skills.

The three stages of our training program are as follows:

Stage 1

Free Training (3 Months)

Foundational Learning

Uppteam's Foundational Learning refers to training programs that provide essential knowledge and skills in specific areas. These foundational courses often aim to build a strong base of understanding in their field, which could range from technical skills to soft skills, depending on the focus of the training.

Software Proficiency

Trainees receive in-depth instruction and hands-on practice with industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and many more.

Expert Guidance

Our experienced trainers, including practicing architects, provide practical insights and ensure that participants understand international codes, particularly the US architectural standards. At Uppteam, we arrange design contests to evaluate the trainees' progress. Based on their progress, trainers offer additional support and guidance.

Stage 2

Paid Internship (3 Months)

Real-World Application

After successfully completing the initial training, participants transition into a paid internship phase. They apply their newly acquired skills to real-world projects during these three months.

Professional Mentorship

Mentorship: Interns work under the guidance of seasoned professionals who offer mentorship and feedback, helping them refine their skills and understand the nuances of practical application.

Project-Based Learning

This stage emphasizes hands-on experience, with interns contributing to live projects and learning to navigate real-time challenges in the AEC design services sector.

Stage 3

Employment After 6 Months

Career Advancement

Upon completing six months of rigorous training and practical experience, participants become eligible for employment opportunities within Uppteam.
