Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain office operations, ensuring smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to managers and employees as needed.
- Prepare and modify documents including reports and emails.
- Serve as the point of contact between the operation department and clients.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in various databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
- Assist in planning company events.
- Manage logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.
- Communication with US clients via email.
- Attend the US client meetings for data management and task understanding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
