  • As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain office operations, ensuring smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

Provide administrative support to managers and employees as needed.

Prepare and modify documents including reports and emails.

Serve as the point of contact between the operation department and clients.

Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in various databases and spreadsheets.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.

Assist in planning company events.

Manage logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.

Communication with US clients via email.

Attend the US client meetings for data management and task understanding.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Discretion and confidentiality.
